Oh by the way Nigerian defender, Joseph Yobo and his wife, Adaeze have been criticized via social media for “scoring an own goal” during Nigeria’s match against France on Monday evening.

Expressing their disappointment, Nigerians via twitter and Instagram, criticized the Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi for having Joseph Yobo play in the game. They called him names and mocked him.

Several others also turned on Yobo’s wife, former beauty queen, Adaeze, using her as a point of contact to get to her husband.
‘Let’s report Adaeze’s IG as spam, that way we won’t see Yobo’s face for a while‘, model @KingUcheUdoh wrote.

Adaeze has however taken to her official Instagram page to defend her husband and vent at “haters”.
“All you hateful people that didn’t even realise it was own goal at first Heck, most of y’ll didn’t even watch that last minute part of the match that’s if Nepa gave you light to watch the game at all, but as soon as they confirmed it was own goal by yobo, you say let’s go ham on his wife (that b**ch) steady posting Louboutin pics on ig.#theirisgodo #toobadwelost but #goodgamefromyoboandtheteam #teamnigeria moving on, congrats to Joseph yobo for being the first Nigerian player to get to 100 caps. #recordholder #idontbreak #idontevenbend #ijustlaughatyourbitterness” she wrote.

Recall that Joseph Yobo made his 100th appearance for the Super Eagles against France.
