THE "HE REIGNS" CONCERT AT FWC ABUJA WAS A BLAST.

The much anticipated "HE REIGNS" concert was held yesterday Thursday, 19th December 2013. Venue of the event was the main Auditorium of the Family Worship Centre Wuye, Abuja. The venue was filled to the brim with people wearing either red on blue jeans or white on blue jeans.

This very colourful event featured artistes such as Samsong, Solomon Lange, Six foot plus, the amazing Amemuso choir, Hay why and a host of other artistes and performances.

Nollywood actor, Francis Duru and Jara presenter/comedian Helen Paul were both masters of ceremony. Their very hilarious and rib cracking jokes, left the entire audience laughing their socks off.

Denrele revealed that he wore late Goldie's dress to the AMVA!

Showbiz personality, Denrele Edun has revealed that the dress he wore to the Channel O Africa Music Video Awards held two weeks ago belonged to his late friend, Goldie Harvey.

While presenting the award for 'Most Gifted Afropop video' Denrele said:

"I'm gladly wearing my late friend's dress....Yes, Goldie's sheer number!! She was supposed to rock it to the AMVCAs this year but never got the change! An hour before she passed on, she made me try on the outfit (funny, but we had the same body proportions) and told me, "You will never age, you sexy sl**!". Few minutes and we had to rush her to the hospital! 10months later and I managed to make d outfit work; (I discovered the outfit in my box#Mystery)! Forgive me Goldie, I stepped on the train like crazy and ripped the hem but hey, I felt your presence with me on stage!! I stole the show as always!!! Crowd went WILD!!#HeavenCouldntWaitForYou #IWillSeeYouAgain #ThisIsNotWhereItEnds".

D banj cancelled koko concert in honour of Madiba.

The yearly koko concert has been cancelled by the koko master himself in honour of the great madiba. The Madiba legacy concert at the ocean view is the major reason for the cancellation.
Admission to the event is also free.

The koko master however apologised to his kokolets and fans as he promised to host 3 koko parties this season.

Shocking news about Big brother star Karen Igho.

While the everyone is getting ready for the festive season in high spirit, the Big Brother Africa winner, Star and socialite Karen Igho announced an extremely sad news via her twitter handle earlier today that she has been diagnosed with cancer. 

Prior to her entering the Big Brother Amplified reality show in 2011, she had lumps in her breasts which was immediately treated. Unfortunately however, she has been diagnosed with cancer again. Although she did not specify what type it is this time.

Unfortunately however, while the celebrity twitted about her condition, some Nigerians acted very cruel towards her, apparently delighting in the fact that she has a terminal disease. 

We at lookbooknaija do not think this a matter to be joked about and wish her all the best and speedy recovery as she undergoes treatment soon.
