Donald Trump fired Keshia Knight Pulliam from the Celebrity Apprentice because she failed to contact her on-screen father Bill Cosby and ask him to contribute money to her losing team’s task.
Keshia, who played Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show, was the first contestant sent packing after the businessman told her that one phone call to the shamed comedian could have turned her team’s chances around.

'You are an amazing person, but you were the project manager. You didn’t make one call that I really believe that if you’d called that gentleman he would have helped you, even if you hadn’t spoken to him in years.Immediately after the show’s premiere episode aired, Trump was quick to point out that it had been filmed before any women came forward with rape allegations against Cosby.
You were an amazing team with one of the most successful shows ever, so I think it would have been a good call to make for charity. You have to take responsibility.'
