It’s safe to say Seyi Shay is the most controversial female celebrity for 2015. We are only a few months gone into the year, yet she has made headlines a couple of times, sparking up controversies.
From her risque attire to the Channel O awards last December, to her controversial statement against Amber Rose, to having her hair shaved off....and so on!
This time around, she chose to wear a very short dress.
The singer who  was one of the many artistes that performed at the Meet The President youth event which went down on March 1st at Eko Hotel & Suites, belted out some of her top hits for President GEJ & the 5,000 young Nigerians in attendance, rocking a short strapless outfit which has got everyone talking.

But seriously, one would have thought that Seyi shay would settle for a longer dress since it’s not a concert.
