Wow! At the MET gala last week, they were all smiles for the cameras but in a new shocking footage, Solange could be seen punching and kicking Jayz inside an elevator.Beyonce just stood there watching .His bodyguard tried to stop her but got some kicks as well. Minutes later, they all walked out as if nothing happened.
No word yet as to why she was so furious at him..And strange Beyonce didn't try to stop it..

Toke Makinwa says friends with the government shouldn't grant interviews that make them look silly

Very few celebs have granted interviews on the abducted girls. Toke retweeted Oby Ezekwesili tweet about Onyeka Owenu's interview on Channels this morning..

Below

Onyeka Owenu defends the First Lady "If protesters came to her,she would have led the protests"

Onyeka Owenu ,the Director General of National Centre For Women Development was on Channels TV this morning to speak on the abducted girls..Many feel she was defending the government and first lady and avoiding the truth..I transcribed some parts of the interview
"When it started, this government did not come out to really speak about the efforts it was making because that will be giving out too much to the enemy.Once the first lady gathered women together, it was out of that frustration of not having enough information at that point.Who are these girls? They must have names. They registered for WAEC,they filled forms .Where are the parents. Not just to go to the street to demonstrate.Come together lets's find solutions and ask questions. The principal, where were you when this happened? You were not there. Was there any supervision for the girls? No head mistress, No dorm mistress. How come these girls were left there in a situation where there was no light, no security .How come these girls were allowed to spend time in that hostel. There were also boys registered for the exam.Where were the boys? They were at home. The agencies were saying they didn't know the girls were there as borders. So madam principal at what point did you realise something was going on in your domain and why wait till the next day.
More below..

Madam principal, do you have the list?No it is my hotel. When you get it, there are names of people who are 60 years old on that list. These are the questions we need to be asking ."
Our government really has to investigate thoroughly and find out where there was a disconnect "
We have to ask the state government, Local government .At what point did you find out about this movement and who did you contact. The lorries were parked a kilometre and the half away so they walked for a long distance. So who saw them? What did you do?Those are questions we need to be asking ".This is going to expose alot of things and mistakes were made along the line and those mistakes some may have been made by the FG but certainly by the local and state government. So instead of pointing fingers, lets put heads together ..
On criticism that the First Lady didn't lend her voice to protests
"If they had come to the first lady, she would have led that protest .That was how she was.She was so concerned. We hadn't slept. She was asking questions like what is going on.
Its quite natural that without the provision of information, some people would start to wonder what is going on.What she did was to ask the questions.First of all she was asking about the welfare of the girls who escaped. You cant work with someone who is not available for you to work with
Why she waited for long to react
Because her work is done behind the scenes. She had actually been rallying and asking those questions way before the protests took place. The first lady had organized through her office as the president of the African First Ladies Peace Mission a peace concert for the youth.I'm not sure you have a copy of the peace song i wrote. Its on the issue of peace. These were not the first group of girls to be abducted.
Legality of the first lady coming into security matters
I am not her to speak for the FG.The first lady was prompted to come out and bring women together because the agitation particularly with the protests had started. When you have a situation where the people are just agitated, you have to just come out openly. That is what government should do and that is what they have done.
I believe her main concern right now is the welfare of those girls that escaped, welfare of their parents and the welfare of the women of that region who have been badly brutalized. No body was summoned, people were invited and they voluntarily came .

Boko Haram new video shows abducted school girls wearing hijabs & praying (SEE)

Boko Haram has just released a video showing some of the kidnapped Nigerian girls .The 27-minute footage  released to AFP shows about 130 girls wearing Hijabs and reciting the Quran as they make Islamic declarations .
Sky news aired some screenshots from the video and Shekau also said that they will release them in exchange for militant prisoners being freed..
"We will never release them unless our brethren are released. It's been 6 years you held our brethren and torturing them. We will not release the girls until you free our brothers"
The video was aired after the Governor of Borno,Kashim Shettima, told the BBC: ‘
We've got reports of them being sighted in some locations – which we have conveyed to the relevant military authorities, for them to cross-check, verify and get additional information on the accurate location of the daughters.’
He also said  he did not think the girls had been taken across the border to Chad or Cameroon.

The video which was on You Tube has been taken down ..More below

Guy proposes to his woman during her elder sister's wedding

Kanyinsola was her sister's bridesmaid for the day and she never could have guessed that she'l be engaged to her boo the same day!
She gladly walked down the aisle with her elder sister, Subomi and played her role as one of the maids of honor...a few hours later, she was swept off the 'single ladies market'.
At the wedding reception, when all the single ladies gathered to catch 'the bride's bouquet', Kanyinsola surprisingly caught it and while still basking in the euphoria of being the 'winner',  her boo stood up, approached her and got down on one knee.
They were both nervous, Kanyin wondered what he was up to...aww!
Next thing,  he summoned up the courage and gave a little "You mean the world to me....my life is incomplete with you....I want us to start our family speech"
Kanyin started crying and some of the guests wiped off a tear or two from their faces while many others aww-ed!
She was completely shocked and embarrassed and shy because everyone was watching...anyway, she said “Yes” and they embraced!!! How cute...

The 'Okonjo-Iweala' video everyone is talking about.

So there is this vieo of Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala that is presently trending online!
In the video, the finance minister plainly stated that she's tired of talking about the missing Chibok girls. While granting an interview at the World Economic Forum in Abuja on the #BringOurGirlsBack campaign, the Minister in the video made it clear that the Nigerian government was fully committed and putting every effort into finding the girls including the creation of a crisis centre, Safe Schools Initiative, aerial surveillance and more.
She said she was tired of the ‘Same Story” and commended world leaders for attending the World Economic Forum in Abuja despite the threats.
When a reporter insisted to have her drop a comment on the #BringBackOurGirls campaign, she politely excused herself, walked away and directing the journalist to the Minister of Defense.
A colleague that saw the video said "This woman used to be my hero, but I'm not so sure now. How can Ngozi Okonjo Iweala say she's "tired of answering these questions" about the Chibok girls. It is wrong!!!...in whatever context she meant it!"
