Veteran filmmaker, Tunde Kelani has joined the fight against Ebola virus by recruiting top Nollywood acts for an awareness campaign, reportsMovie Moments.
Sources say that an international health organization from the United Kingdom gave the film maker the green light to shoot the advert on the deadly virus following its first case in Nigeria.
On the set of the campaign are Halima Abubakar, Yomi Fash Lanso, Kunle Afolayan, Toyin Aimakhu Johnson and Funky Mallam.
Currently about 8 persons have been confirmed have contacted the virus, and have been quarantined by the federal government.
A Liberian man, Patrick Sawyer died in Lagos on July 25 after testing positive to the Ebola virus.
The man is said to have collapsed on arrival in Lagos, and was taken from the airport and put in isolation at a local hospital.
