Police Officer Slumps in Anambra after being transferred to Borno

A Police officer reportedly slumped yesterday after following a directive by the Inspector General of Police,transferring him to Borno State.

According to ThisDay,the officer, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) attached to the Central Police Station, Nnewi in the Anambra State Police Command, had less than a year left to retire from the service was among the 149 officers affected by the postings to different parts of the country.

He was then rushed to a private hospital in Nnewi where he was revived.......

It was gathered that almost  almost 150 senior police officers within the ranks of ASP and Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) serving in the state were transferred .Some of the affected officers are alleging ethnic bias in the transfers, as most especially the Igbos who are protesting their transfer to the Boko Haram prone states.

Some of the officers, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, alleged that while only two officers were transferred to Abia State, 12 officers were transferred to Bauchi; six to Borno; seven to Adamawa; six to Jigawa; seven to Gombe; one to Imo, two to Akwa Ibom two; two to Cross-River; two to Enugu two; two to Edo; three to Delta; and five to Ekiti, among others.

The affected officers were supposed to have reported to their new command on June 9, 2014.

Kefee's corpse arrives Nigeria

 
The remains of late singer, Kefee, has arrived in Nigeria, ahead of a burial which will hold this month. The body which was flown into the country on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos at 4PM via a Delta Airline aircraft.
The body was received by a few family members. It is not confirmed if Teddy Don-Momoh, husband of the late singer arrived with the body. Teddy was by with his late wife in the US before she passed away. Kefee died on Friday, June 13 2014, after being in a coma for 15 days.
Meanwhile a celebration of life and memorial service will hold on Thursday in California!

University introduces 'Sugar Daddy course' for ladies

"I think a lot of women can relate to each other in that way. We want to be treated well and that is where the sugar way of life comes from.

"Our experiences are what created the university - relationships can be better so we're here to make them better.

Leonardo DiCaprio is partying on a £400m super-yacht in Brazil.

The Wolf of Wall Street actor is watching the FIFA World Cup in style on a 482-foot Topaz, according to local reports, and the boat boasts a deck top Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, fitness hall, cinema and large conference room among other assets.

The vessel is owned by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates and owner of Manchester City FC, and is the fifth largest yacht in the world.

This isn't the first time Leonardo has been on board the incredible yacht. 

In April, the hunk teamed up with Jamie Foxx and Orlando Bloom to host an 80s-themed party on the Topaz in New York and it was believed he had 100 guests and over 80 crew members who were "sworn to secrecy before boarding the half-billion-dollar yacht".

An insider then said: "Leo wore a velour pantsuit to the '0s-themed party.

"[He brought in] deejays, décor, designers and extra security."

Kefee’s ex-husband, Alec Godwin reacts to her death!

Kefee’s ex-husband Alec Godwin says he’s yet to come to terms with her death.

‘Is there any concrete confirmation? I’m still hoping it’s not true’, Godwin told NET on phone; hours after the news of her death broke on social media.

Alec’s marriage to Kefee collapsed in 2008. The music producer reminisced on the times they worked together, creating her debut album ‘Branama’ and the follow up ‘Branama 2’

‘It was a pleasure working with her, it was all so natural. I won’t say I discovered her, I’ll rather say we discovered ourselves because she inspired me to set up my record label ‘Alec’s Music’, Godwin said. ‘I believed so much in her even after we split. She was a talented vocalist‘, he added.

Alec and Kefee met in 1999 at a local church in Warri, and years later Alec signed Kefee to his record label, which housed other acts like his sister Estee and Edo-born singer Rhymzo. 

The couple ended their three-year marriage in 2008 after protracted marital problems.

Kefee passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014 after 15 days in a coma...

I am sorry to say this but I believe tattoos are evil. I might be naive and I am not trying to be hypocritical. You leave your skin in the hands of another person and you don’t know what the person is hiding under that inscription on your body. You don’t know when you are given a mark that God wouldn’t want you to have. I don’t wear it and I don’t intend to. If I must wear tattoo, it must be temporary and just for the show of it.

I agree. I invest a lot in my hair. A lot of cash, energy and time go into my hair. It takes like eight hours to get my hair done. Basically, it is a special and patient person that can do my hair.
