Nollywood actress, Ebube Nwagbo has denied the report making waves that she has moved in with her ex-boyfriend, Limpopo crooner, Kcee at Chevron Estate, Lekki.

Ebube reacted to the allegation saying "I am in my house in the mainland. I didn't move into Kcee's house in Lekki. He is a married man. Let's stop all these misleading stories. I am currently on set," she reacted.

Ebube Nwagbo and the 'Limpopo' crooner used to be an item before the he ended their relationship in 2010 when he got married to his wife, Ijeoma.

His marriage to Ijeoma who has kids for him was however, said to have three years later.

Osita “Paw Paw” Iheme turns 32

Nollywood actor Osita Iheme  of the “Aki and Paw paw” fame turned 32 on February 20, reports Naij.

The  actor celebrated his birthday on location in Enugu where he is currently shooting a new film,

The actor celebrated his birthday with friends and colleagues on the film set including Chinedu “Aki” Ikedieze.

 Iheme’s claim to fame came when he played lead in the comedy flick Aki na Ukwa alongside Chinedu Ikedieze in 2003.

Eva to train make-up artists for free

Rap artist Eva Alordiah will be putting her make-up expertise to use when she will train 30 people for free in the skill, offering them tricks and tips on being a make-up artist, reports Information Nigeria.

Mbong says she is over Jeta Amata

Recently divorced Nollywood actress, Mbong Amata, who was married to filmmaker Jeta Amata, said she has moved on with her life, and will prefer to remain single for a while, reports Vanguard.

The actress said she did not leave the relationship because of another man.

She explained that after five years of being married they discovered that it was not working, and decided to terminate the marriage while remaining as friends.

Segun Arinze defends Nollywood’s visit to Jonathan

Segun Arinze has responded to claims that the Actors Guild of Nigeria’s (AGN) visit to Aso rock last weekend was for personal interests and had no effect on important matters that needed to be addressed, reports Nigerian Entertainment today(NET).

The claims were made by Nollywood filmmaker, Kabat Esosa.

Arinze in his reply said that the visit was conducted to discuss how to move the guild and Nollywood forward. Arinze felt that the filmmaker was unfair to criticise the visit.

Last weekend President Goodluck Jonathan hosted a handful of Nollywood actors, producers and directors who came to pay a courtesy visit to the head of state and made him a Grand Patron of the AGN.

The closing ceremony of the ongoing 24th Nigerian University Games (NUGA) held at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, will feature performances from Wande Coal and Wizkid, PM News reports.

The closing ceremony tagged, the Diamond S.W.A.G Account Concert, will take place on Saturday.

SSS Detains Sanusi, Passport Seized In Lagos

Suspended Governor of CBN, Mallam Sanusi Lamido has vowed to release more facts about monumental stealing of Nigeria's oil money. Sanusi have told a few persons close to him that what he discovered recently is "outright stealing of oil money".

And to keep him shut, the Presidency is said to be deploying all tactics at its disposal to intimidate him so as to remain silent. SSS operations have already seized his travelling documents immediately he arrived Lagos from Niger Republic, where he had gone for an official assignment.

Shortly after his plane landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, he was accosted by SSS operatives who detained him and insisted they must take his passport on orders from above...

They also insisted that he would not be allowed to leave the airport until the Lagos State Director of the SSS is present to give a directive. Calls were made and he was later released but they still took his passport.

Sanusi said his evidences against those managing the NNPC and the Oga at the Top have been spread to many parts of Nigeria, so searching his house or office will not stop him from exposing the truth.

Charly Boy pleads with fans to pray for his father’s health

Maverick entertainer and self-acclaimed area father of all the motorcycle riders in Lagos, Charly Boy, has asked Nigerians to pray for his father amidst his worsening health condition, reports Daily Post.

Renowned Justice Chukwudifu Oputa suffered a partial stroke and was rushed to the hospital in Enugu on Valentine’s Day.

Charly Boy, whose real name is Charles Oputa, announced this sad development on his Twitter page.

It is official - Wizkid has become the first musician to hit one million followers on Twitter - according to Nigerian Entertainment Today (NET).

The popular musician made it to one million on Wednesday.

The Starboy/EME act now moves ahead of the celebrity pack with one million followers on Twitter and over 150 000 followers on Instagram.

Wizkid joined Twitter in the last quarter of 2009.

Musician Eedris Abdulkareem Is Now A Farmer

In a recent interview with a popular tabloid, Eedris said he has invested the millions he made from music in a large-scale agro-business in Kano State, adding that most of his time is spent on the farm where he cultivates maize and other crops for export and also abroad where he sells his crops.

"I am a farmer now. Since 2001, I have been fully engaged in agricultural activities and have investment in metals. I have vast land where I cultivate maize and other fruits for export in Kano," he said.

According to the 'Jaga Jaga' crooner, this aspect of his life has been kept secret because he doesn't want distraction.

Eedris said he'd be launching a new project which he calls, 'I Am A Nigerian Project,' soon and it has already commenced with the release of Godfather Godson, a single contained in an upcoming 16-track album that will be released later this year on La Cream Music label.

Aside being an artiste, he is also a social crusader bent on seeing a new Nigeria where everyone will live in peace and abundance.

Burna Boy wants to be free

Burna Boy, one of Nigeria’s most popular artists has increased the ink on his body with a new tattoo,  leaving little tattoo-free space left!

The new tattoo, according to his Instagram page, is Burna Boy’s expression of longing to be free as it depicts a bird in the clouds.

The dancehall star (his real name is Damini Ogulu) could be depicting his plans to leave Aristrokrat Records and start his own management company later this year.
