#BBNaija:TTTony claims singlehood, pictures of wife, kids go viral
Hours after ThinTallTony (TTT), one of the housemate who survived eviction from the #BBNaija told Bisola, a fellow housemate he was single , pictures of his family went viral on the internet.
The family pictures uploaded from his Facebook page showed that TTT is married to Laraba Audi Offiong and blessed with two adorable children.
TTT and Bisola have been getting cozy with each other for some days now and they have confessed to having feelings for each other, although it seems Bisola doesn’t know TTT is married as he never mentioned it.
Bisola had inquired about his marital status and he replied that he is single by God’s grace, thus presenting himself as an unmarried man.
This has evoked reactions from Nigerians as they feel he is deceiving Bisola and has hurt his wife.
Meanwhile, ThinTallTony’s wife continues to campaign for him even as he survived the Sunday eviction on her Instagram clearly indicating that he is married.
Here are some of the tweets;
@claranichole, “TTT, who are you deceiving, Bisola or God?’’
@K_mahlodi, “Bisola better not be falling for TTT, #team bisola please don’t vote for TTT when he is up for eviction. He is playing with our girl.’’
@bchild11, “for 25 million, someone would deny his family…. Ok na…”
@Bestee_licious,“TTT you were expecting video message, how will you explain to Bisola when your family pops on screen?!’’
@phabulous_phabs, “I have a feeling Bisola will stab TTT when she finds out about TTT being a family man.’’
@Olurops, “Who will help us tell Bisola that TTT is a liar.’’
The struggle for 25 million naira and a KIA Sorento toughens as the housemates await nominations today. (NAN)

Singer, Joel Amadi talks about his babies from 5 different women
It is a known fact that many entertainers delay getting married because they believe their fans of the opposite sex would reduce once they do.
Kennis Music artiste, Joel Amadi, clearly holds that thought as well. In a chat with Sunday Scoop, he said, “I am not getting married anytime soon, but I know I will definitely do that at the right time and with the right person. It is true that marriage reduces an artiste’s female fans, and I have even had such an experience in the past. For instance, I used to enjoy watching a programme called Clinic Matters, but I stopped watching it after Lilian Esoro, who is one of the actresses in it, got married to Ubi Franklin. If that could happen to me, then it must have happened to so many people as well.”
However, the Hold On singer refuted claims that he has babies from five different women. He said, “I don’t have any children ; I’m not a baby father and I have never impregnated any woman.”
Speaking in retrospect about his striking resemblance to 2face, he said, “My resemblance with 2face has been a blessing, though it was more of a burden before. A lot of people had some negative impressions that I was trying to sound like 2face, and some even said Kennis Music signed me to replace 2face. But I was the one who walked up to Kennis Music and asked them for a record label, and they never even mentioned 2face. However, it has been a blessing because 2face is a good name. If 2face was a bad artiste, it would have affected me more negatively. For every step forward 2face takes, I also move further. Besides, I am talented in my own right. Our voices may be similar, but the patterns are different. I don’t think 2face has ever sang songs like Oya Now, Gbemisoke, Ileke, among others.”
Admitting that the recession has affected him, he said, “This recession has reduced the number of shows we attend; even the fees that I get paid has depreciated. Meanwhile, things generally are more expensive to buy because of the inflation; so it’s quite tough but we thank God that we’re still alive.”
Joel also hinted that he is working on his second album at the moment, and will feature artistes like Olamide, Timaya, Seyi Shay and 2face, among others.
How I handled sexual advances — Belinda Effah speaks
On sexual harassment, she said, 'I am not going to deny the fact that someone at some point made passes at me. This was when I was starting out in the industry but right now, I’ve not had that experience. When people call me for jobs, they are very professional about it. I thank God that I didn’t fall into that trap and it was even a ‘nobody’ who made the pass at that time. Some ladies toed that line but where are they today? When you sell your birthright, you can’t retrieve it again.'
On how she coped as a young lady who was catered for by a single parent, she said, ''I usually do not talk about my private life. What people know me for are my movies, so I am not keen on putting my private life out there. People do not care about you really; they don’t know how I feed or live. All those information are private and I don’t want it in the public space. I’d appreciate if people just keep watching my movies and focus solely on that.''

Group says protest ‘ll continue without 2Face
Mixed reactions have followed late Saturday’s cancellation of the much anticipated protest march to be convened by hip hop musician, Innocent Idibia, aka 2Face.
The singer, up till late Friday, maintained there was no going back on the planned protest, despite warning by security agencies that the rally was capable of being hijacked by hoodlums.
However, in a video released on Saturday night, 2Face who eventually yielded security advice, said it was not wise to go on with the protest, as the rally is not worth the blood of any Nigerian.
He noted that consultations have shown clearly that the ‘One Voice’ protest scheduled to hold in Lagos and Abuja on Monday, February 6, is under serious threat of hijack by interests not aligned with the ideals of his group.
”The point I am making is that the intent is not worth the life of any Nigerian. It is motivated by the need to negotiate a better deal for the ordinary Nigerian.
”I therefore announce the cancellation of the planned protest.
“We would share further information in due course. We appreciate the massive support .
“I am convinced our voices have been heard.
May God bless you all, may God bless Nigeria,” said the singer, in the audio-visual message that has soon gone viral on the internet.
While critics of the protest continue to praise him for taking a wise step by desisting from an activity they thought was shifting his focus from his music career, his supporters have been divided in there reactions. To some, it was an act of cowardice to bow to pressure from security agencies while to others, the singer’s outcry in the last two weeks has created enough awareness on the grievances of the people against some of the unfavorable policies of government.
Meanwhile, indication emerged early Sunday that the protest may continue without 2Face, as a group called Coalition in Defence of Nigerian Democracy and Constitution (CDNDC) has vowed to continue with the protest, saying it was never about 2Face and his group alone in the first place.
In a press statement issued by one Ariyo-Dare Atoye, co-convener, CDNDC, “the cancellation of #IStandWithNigeria rally is not the consensus of Nigerians, majority of fellow planners and not a true reflection of the sincere plan to organize this rally in public interest.”
He said: “Let it be known that Mr. Idibia merely keyed into an ongoing public discourse over this protest to take a lead. It was never his singular idea but the concerns of the suffering masses.
“Therefore, we wish to inform concerned Nigerians and the international community that there is a national and public consensus for this protest to hold as scheduled in all venues. There are hundreds of groups and thousands of Nigerians who are leading this initiative and we will not back down.”
According to Atoye, “This is the time to separate real activists from emergency activists. Emergency activists seek mortality with the fear of man, while revolutionists and real activists seek immortality with the fear of God.
“Consequently, in the exact opposite of what our brother, 2Face said; “Dear Nigerians, due to stomach insecurity and bad governance consideration, we hereby announce the continuation of the march as scheduled – on Monday, February 6, 2017,” he said.
